• Vendor – Canteen/Shop offering food
• Customer – Student placing orders
• Order – Food purchase made on QueLessly
• Payout – Payment transferred to Vendor
• Service – Order management + payment facilitation

2. Marketplace Model

QueLessly:

• Acts as an online marketplace
• Collects payment from Customers
• Auto-confirms orders
• Pays Vendors based on collected payments
• Provides technology only

3. Payment Structure

• Customer → pays QueLessly
• QueLessly → confirms order
• QueLessly → settles money to Vendor
• Vendor → fulfills food order

4. Obligations

Platform:

• Maintain uptime
• Provide accurate order routing
• Settle payouts on time

Vendor:

• Maintain food safety & hygiene
• Deliver correct orders
• Cooperate for refunds

Customer:

• Pay full amount
• Pick up order on time

5. Liability & Indemnity

QueLessly is not responsible for:

• Food quality
• Health issues
• Wrong orders
• Delivery issues

Each Vendor indemnifies the platform for food-related issues.

6. Compliance

All parties must follow:

• Indian consumer laws
• FSSAI food regulations
• GST (if applicable)
• Payment rules of India

7. Disputes

Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra.
